Terms of Use

Your library and content rights

You may import only content you own, have licensed, or otherwise have the lawful right to access and transform for private listening. You keep ownership of your files. You grant Rill the limited permission needed to store, process, and create narration for you.

Acceptable use

Do not use Rill to infringe copyright, distribute generated audio publicly, impersonate a real person, bypass DRM, upload malware, probe the service, or interfere with other users. Rill may reject files or suspend access when reasonably needed to protect users, rights holders, or the service.

Subscriptions and generated hours

Paid plans provide the generated-audio allowance shown at purchase. Replaying audio already generated for your account does not consume new generation hours. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your App Store or Google Play account at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Store terms govern billing, refunds, trials, taxes, and regional pricing.

Availability and changes

Narration quality, supported formats, voices, generation speed, and features may change. We work to keep Rill reliable but do not promise uninterrupted access or that every document will parse or sound perfectly. Beta or preview features may be removed.

Account termination

You may stop using Rill and delete your account. We may restrict or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms, create security risk, or expose Rill to legal liability. Subscription cancellation and account deletion are separate actions.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent allowed by law, Rill is provided as available without implied warranties. Ezca FZE-LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Any aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for Rill during the 12 months before the claim, except where law does not allow that limit.

Governing terms

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Ezca FZE-LLC in the United Arab Emirates, without limiting mandatory consumer protections in your country. If one provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
